Hendrick goes on to say that Pei Wei hopes that customers at one of the chain's other locations. Unfortunately, the closest location to Princeton is over an hours drive away in Springfield, PA.
This is the third New Jersey Pei Wei location to close in as many months. In August, we posted about the Moorestown Mall location closing and earlier this month, we reported that the Pei Wei in Cherry Hill had also closed.
After the Pei Wei in Princeton closes on Sunday (the chain's last New Jersey location), the quick-service Asian eatery will continue to operate in 19 states and 3 countries. Outside of the U.S., Pei Wei has locations in Dubai and Kuwait. According to it's website, Pei Wei was created in 2000 by the owners of PF Chang's.
