Fourth of July is this Thursday, so there’s a ton of events lined up throughout the week. Mercer County has several festivals, concerts, and fireworks shows to enjoy. Here’s a few of the best that will be happening this weekend!

Hamilton Township is hosting it’s even on Wednesday, July 3rd, at 6pm at Veteran’s Park. There will be food, fireworks, and live music by The Heartbeats.

At The College of New Jersey, the Ewing Patriotic Committee will hold a fireworks display at 6pm on the 3rd. There’ll be rides, face painting, colonial reenactors, and more! DJ Dan Murphy and Miss Amy will also be performing at the event.

If you’re looking for a more historical July 4th experience, you’ve got a few options: Morven’s Fourth of July Jubilee in Princeton will feature reenactors, food, music, games, and an opportunities to “sign” the Declaration of Independence. The event begins at noon on July 4th, and admission is free. You can also attend Washington Crossing Park’s Early American Ice Cream and Patriotic Songs celebration at 1pm on the 4th. The grounds will be open for tours, by guides in period clothing.

If you’re looking for something more low-key, Trenton Thunder is playing a game at 7pm on the 4th, with a fireworks display after the game.
