Yes, New Jersey Transit will once again be offering service to and from MetLife Stadium for the concerts.

NJ Transit Strike Resolved; Train Service Resumes Tuesday
Train service stopped late last week when the largest union representing about 450 of New Jersey Transit's train engineers walked off the job following a contentious contract dispute with their employer, NJ Transit.
The effects of this were wide-reaching as fans attending the Shakira concerts weren't able to ride NJ Transit to or from the shows last week.
By Sunday evening, however, NJ Transit and the union had reached an agreement.
Rail service resume(d) on Tuesday, May 20th.
So that's plenty of time for the service to up and running for all of the Beyoncé concerts.
