I love St. Patrick's Day because I'm Irish! Even though I thought I was way more Irish than a DNA test revealed a few months ago, I still love it. One day I'll be able to get to Ireland and see all it's beauty, but until then, Irish Festival right here in New Jersey. Speaking of Irish Festivals, there is one happening this weekend at Monmouth Park!

According to Monmouth Park's website, the festival kicks off on Sunday at 11am and wraps up at 6pm.  Since the festival takes place at Monmouth Park, there will be horse races beginning at 12:50pm. Plus, there will be Irish step dancers, craft vendors, lots of food and even a drums and pipe competition!

Gates open at 8am, parking is $5 and so is admission for adults. Kids 12 and under get in for free. Definitely bring the kids, there are going to be so many activities for them like bounce houses, face painting and even pony rides.

Check out their website for more info!
