A popular restaurant chain, known for breakfast and brunch dining, is planning on opening their first New Jersey location soon.

According to the company's website, popular breakfast restaurant, First Watch" will be opening their first New Jersey location in Cherry Hill.

First Watch opened their first restaurant in California in 1983.  Today, Wikipedia says they have over 200 locations in 26 states (with many more to come soon).  There are 5 Philadelphia-area locations.

The restaurants, which are open from 7:00am-2:30 pm, are described on their website as "an award-winning Breakfast, Brunch and Lunch favorite that specializes in both traditional and innovative creations all freshly prepared to order."

Traditional items include the Tri-Fecta, which is "two fresh cage-free eggs any style with either a light and airy Belgian waffle or a multigrain pancake. Plus your choice of bacon, savory chicken sausage patty, turkey or pork sausage link."

An example of one of their more innovative creations is the Mediterranean "Baked" Eggs, which are "two cage-free eggs any style in a savory Shakshuka-style sauce of tomatoes, onions and red bell pepper with all-natural chicken breast, Feta, and fresh herbs. Served with a side of lemon dressed organic mixed greens and grilled herb ciabatta."

The Courier-Post says that the Cherry Hill location will be located on Haddonfield Road, across from Wegmans. It's not clear when it will open.
