A NJ business manager for celebrity clients just got caught for scamming!

According to NJ.com Kevin R. Foster, 42 of Montclair decided is was a good idea to rip off singers Ne-Yo and Brian McKnight for millions in an fraudulent investment.

Foster convinced the two, to invest in OXYwater which is a brand of flavored sports beverages. By the way he also conveniently forgot to mention that he was an officer of the company.

Here's the best part, Foster also thought is was a bright idea to steal millions directly from both of the singers account to not only fund the company, but for personal entertainment. That included luxury cars, jewelry and sports events.

This guy just created a HOT mess worth $9 million, for not only these superstars ... but a group of other investors as well.
